This course is required for successful onboarding of a new Repose fellow. We will cover Repose's core values, privacy and ethics, crisis protocol, documentation requirements, employee guidelines and best practices, fundamentals of Repose's therapeutic orientation to clinical work, and the modalities we utilize, and more. This course will be done during your onboarding schedule blocks. Please review EACH module in this course, as some modules contain downloadable resources, external links to exercises, and assigned tasks.
