This course is required for the successful training of a new Repose Supervisor. We will cover Repose's core values, privacy and ethics, crisis protocol, documentation requirements, employee guidelines and best practices, fundamentals of Repose's therapeutic orientation to clinical work, and the modalities we utilize, and more. Please review EACH module in this course, as some modules contain downloadable resources, external links to exercises, and assigned tasks. This training program treats you as a clinician and a supervisor. If you are able to align with the material as a clinician, you will have no issue in communicating this material as a supervisor.
